This years Chobham Music Festival begins on Saturday the 27^th September with the popular Sussex Jazz Kings who are making a keenly sought after return to Chobham's Village Hall for a colourful evening of traditional jazz - ideal for both dancing and listening.

The third ChobLit lunch will take place on Wednesday 1^st October and welcomes Evie Wyld, one of Britain's most feted young authors.

Following the success of Planet Abba at last year's festival, the Chobham Club will host the Shadows of Motown on Thursday 2^nd October.

Last year's festival saw a rousing performance of the Hallelujah Chorus at the Songs of Praise concert. This year the Festival will repeat this, plus the opening chorus from Handel's Messiah (and the Glory of the Lord). If you feel you need some practice, rehearsals will be on the 21^st and 28^th August, 25^th Sept and 1^st October at 7.15pm. As well as a half hour rung through prior to the Songs of Praise concert at 4.45pm on Sunday 5^th October.
