Mike Goodman is pleased to announce that extended hours and improved processes by Affinity Water have meant the works on the Ottershaw roundabout will be completed by Friday November 1^st and the Chobham Road will re-open no later than midnight November 2^nd.

Surrey County Council is consulting on its home to school transport policy for 2015.

The Chobham to Woking number 73 bus route is now being run by Abellio after the former operator Countryliner went into administration. Stagecoach is running the number 87 Chobham to Collingwood College service. Surrey County Council terminated all its contracts with Countryliner for bus services on October 10th.

Surrey County Council says school bus passes and season tickets purchased from Countryliner will be accepted by Abellio and operators of other former Countryliner routes until their expiry, without further charge.
