Chobham Parish Council comprises of nine elected members. Their responsibilities include advising on planning applications, highways & traffic, the Chobham & West End Joint Burial Committee, Chobham Common and the Poor Allotments. As well as booking the Parish Pavilion and the all-weather surface at the recreation ground. Archives show that the responsibilities of the Chobham Parish Council date back to at least 1848 regarding the renting of allotments on Chobham Common when the 3rd Earl of Onslow made land available following the 1931 Act of Parliament, the Allotments Act.
Council meetings commence at 8pm on the last Thursday of each Month. Planning committee meetings commence at 7pm on alternate Tuesdays.
The Parish office is open (in the pavillion) to the public Wednesdays 9:30 - 12:30.
