1) COUNCIL INTERNAL PRACTICE AND PROCEDURE

Agendas Available for 12 months from date of issue
Committee Reports Available for 12 months from date of issue
Minute Books Available
Standing Orders Available
Council's Annual Report to Parish Meeting Available when agreed and signed by Chairman at following meeting


2) DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF POLICY

Policy statement issued by Council Available when appropriate
Responses to consultation documents (excluding planning consultations) Available for 12 months from date of issue
Exclusions: Good Practice/Advice circulars issued by the National Association of Local Councils and County Associations on the basis that both are member subscribing organizations  


3) CODE OF CONDUCT

Members Declaration and Acceptance of Office Available
Members Register of Interests Available
Register of Members Interests Book Available


4) PERIODIC ELECTORAL VIEW Available

General exclusions throughout - general correspondence due to third party rights under the Data Protection Act

Information is available for inspection at the Parish Council offices by prior appointment with the Clerk of the Council. Copies can be made on request, subject to a reasonable charge to cover photocopying costs, postage, staff time and any incidental costs.
